Seeing your true profit with Cha-Ching

Last updated on

Cha-Ching is Listadum's profit tracker. Etsy tells you your revenue, but revenue isn't profit. Cha-Ching pulls your full Etsy ledger so you can see where the money actually comes from and where it goes, then lets you fill in the costs Etsy doesn't know about so the picture is complete.

Built on your real ledger, not estimates

We get access to your entire Etsy ledger, so the money coming in and the Etsy-side costs going out (fees, ads, and so on) are real numbers, not estimates. One thing to know: a few figures are tracked at the shop level rather than per listing. Ad spend, for example, is a shop-level number, so it isn't split perfectly across individual listings.

Add the costs Etsy doesn't see

Etsy's ledger alone gives an incomplete view because it doesn't know what your products cost you to make or ship. You add those in the Orders tab of Cha-Ching, and there are a few ways to do it:

  • Enter cost of goods and shipping cost manually on your orders.

  • Import them automatically from your print-on-demand provider. We support Printful, Printify, Gelato, and ShipStation, so if you're on POD your costs can flow in without manual entry.

  • Set a cost per SKU. Enter the cost of goods once against a SKU, and the next time you sell that product, the cost is applied automatically.

Once your costs are in, Cha-Ching moves you from "how much did I sell" to "how much did I actually keep."
