Who we are
Listadum is a privately owned, bootstrapped software company. No VCs, no outside investors, no unicorn race. Two co-founders running multiple Etsy shops ourselves and building the tools we wish we had.
We are intentionally a small team and we plan to keep it that way. The trade off is real: everyone here owns meaningful work, ships things customers actually use, and sees the impact within days, not quarters.
You should also expect roles here to evolve. We tackle whatever matters most to the business at any given moment, and priorities shift as we grow. We are looking for people who are comfortable picking up new things, switching gears when needed, and helping us figure out what good looks like as we go.
