API Terms of Service

These terms are effective as of 16 March 2026 and were last updated on 16 March 2026.

These API Terms of Service ("API Terms") govern your access to and use of the Listadum API (the "API"), provided by Tadum LLC ("Listadum", "we", "us", or "our"). These API Terms are in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your use of the API. In the event of a conflict between these API Terms and the Terms of Use, these API Terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the API.

API Access

Access to the Listadum API requires the API Access add-on, available for purchase in addition to a Starter or Growth plan subscription. You are responsible for managing your own API keys and for all activity that occurs under your keys. You may revoke your API keys at any time from your API settings page.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the API to build a product or service that competes with Listadum.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use the API in any manner beyond its intended purpose.
  • Use the API to circumvent or violate Etsy's own terms of service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through the API to third parties.
  • Use the API in any way that is abusive, harmful, or interferes with the operation of Listadum or its infrastructure.

Rate Limits

The API is subject to rate limits as documented in the API documentation. Rate limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Repeated abuse of rate limits may result in immediate termination of your API access.

Data Usage

You may cache data obtained through the API for reasonable operational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data obtained through the API. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of data obtained through the API complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Versioning and Breaking Changes

The API is versioned. We will keep each API version stable until it is discontinued. Breaking changes will be announced by email to the address associated with your account. While we do not commit to a specific notice period, we will provide advance notice before introducing breaking changes or discontinuing an API version.

No Service Level Agreement

The API is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, availability, or response time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the API at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Listadum is not liable for any issues that may arise from your use of the API, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or any actions taken on your Etsy shop via API calls. You use the API at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect abuse or violation of these API Terms. Warnings may be issued in advance on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed. Termination of API access does not necessarily affect your main Listadum account.

Changes to These Terms

Listadum reserves the right to modify these API Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the API following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
