Product Designer
We build fast and we are adding meaningful new features across the product. Real product work here: end-to-end flows and states, not cosmetic touch-ups. We need design that keeps up with the pace.
The role
We care a lot about how the product feels. Not the prettiest screen for its own sake, and not bare utility either. We want tools that are genuinely easy to use and quietly delightful, the kind of craft that makes someone smile without knowing why. If you sweat that middle ground between usable and enjoyable, you will fit right in.
Be the bridge between “here is a rough idea” and “here is something we can build.” Day to day:
- Turn half-formed thoughts into mockups. We hand you a direction and some context, you come back with a clear, high-fidelity design and one or two alternatives, not a pile of questions.
- Produce build-ready specs. Our developer builds from your Figma, so we need real states, edge cases, and enough spec that he is not guessing. Good handoff is the whole job.
- Keep the product coherent. Listadum does a lot, and part of your value is making a broad toolkit feel like one product, nudging us toward a light, reusable design system so every new screen is not reinvented.
- Help us move. Your mockups are how we choose a direction and commit, fast.
Who you are
- Product and UI designer for web apps. You design software people use, not logos and brochures. Strong Figma, and you think in flows and states, not just pretty screens.
- You make developers lives easy. Your handoffs are clean enough that a dev can build without a meeting. If you have worked directly with engineers before, that is the whole point.
- You design for delight, not decoration. You obsess over how a flow feels to use, not just how it looks in a portfolio shot. Usable and enjoyable at the same time is the bar.
- Fast and opinionated. You would rather ship three rough directions today than one polished one next week. You have taste and you will defend it, but you do not precious out.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. We will not hand you a full brief every time. You fill the gaps sensibly and check the risky calls.
- Self starter. You show progress without daily check-ins. We have been burned by people who need babysitting.

- You know ecommerce, Etsy, or AI-product UX.
- You are already a Listadum user.
The deal
We want to start small and reversible, then scale if it is working. One paid, scoped project first so we can both test the fit. We will define it together when we talk.
Start with one paid project
A fixed fee for a scoped piece of work we agree up front. A clean way for both sides to test fit with no long commitment.
Room to grow
If the first project lands, there is real ongoing work here. Part-time or full-time contract, whatever fits you and the pace. We scope it together.
Fully remote
Anywhere with enough overlap with US Pacific to have a real conversation when needed. Async-first otherwise.
Contractor, flexible hours
Contractor role with monthly invoicing. You work most closely with the founders on direction and our developer on handoff.
Tell us your project fee and your ongoing rate so we can size both. We scope hours and rate together based on your experience and location.
