Managing your shop settings

Last updated on

The General Settings page lets you manage the main preferences for a shop connected to Listadum. From this page, you can control listing synchronization, email notifications, inventory update behavior, and sensitive shop actions.

Listing Synchronization

Listadum automatically synchronizes your listings every day. You can also trigger a manual synchronization when you have made changes directly on Etsy or another platform and want those updates to appear in Listadum.

In this section, you can:

  • Refresh all shop listings.

  • See when the shop was last synchronized.

  • Check how many manual synchronizations you have left today, if your plan has a daily limit.

  • Get unlimited manual synchronizations with Listadum Pro.

Manual synchronization can take a few minutes. To prevent repeated requests, Listadum may ask you to wait a few minutes between synchronizations.

Notifications

The Notifications section lets you choose which emails Listadum sends about this shop.

You can enable or disable Weekly Analytics Reports. When enabled, Listadum sends weekly insights about your shop performance.

After changing this setting, click Save to store your preference.

Inventory

The Inventory section controls how Listadum sends inventory updates to Etsy.

The Don’t push inventory changes to Etsy option prevents Listadum from updating inventory-related fields on existing listings, including:

  • Prices

  • Quantities

  • SKUs

  • Variations

This is useful if you manage domestic or regional pricing directly on Etsy. Etsy’s API does not allow third-party tools like Listadum to read or update those specific prices. If a tool sends an inventory update, Etsy may replace them with the standard price available through the API.

When this option is enabled, you can still use Listadum to edit other listing content, such as titles, descriptions, tags, photos, and attributes. Prices, quantities, SKUs, and variations should be edited directly on Etsy.

New listings created from Listadum are not affected by this setting.

Shop Deletion

If this action is available on your account, the Danger zone section lets you delete a shop from Listadum.

Deleting a shop is permanent. It will:

  • Permanently remove all Listadum data for this shop.

  • Remove access for all team members.

  • Cancel the active subscription linked to this shop.

  • Prevent the shop data from being restored in Listadum.

Your Etsy shop is not deleted. Only the data stored in Listadum is removed.

To confirm deletion, the shop owner must type the exact shop name. Only the shop owner can perform this action.
