Turn order data into accurate profit

The Orders tab is where you review and complete the order-level data behind Cha-Ching.

​The list shows Etsy orders with their date, order ID (identifier), status, grand total, total price, taxes, and discounts.​

It also shows whether each order has a real shipping cost and complete COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).

The filters help you work faster.

All orders shows the full order list. Missing COGS shows orders where at least one sold item still needs a product cost. Missing shipping cost shows orders where the real shipping cost still needs to be added.

When you expand or open an order, you can review its details, see the sold items, and add the missing costs.

This tab is important because the data entered here directly affects the profit shown in Overview and Insights.
