Connect your cost data and keep orders fresh

The Settings tab contains Cha-Ching’s settings and integrations.

​You can choose to always use Etsy shipping labels to determine real shipping costs.

This is useful if you regularly buy shipping labels through Etsy and want those label costs to be used by default in Cha-Ching.

You can also synchronize the latest Etsy orders.

​Use this when you recently received new orders and want them to appear in Cha-Ching right away.

The Integrations section lets you connect external providers to import some costs automatically.

​Cha-Ching supports Printful, Printify, Gelato, and ShipStation. Printful, Printify, and Gelato can help retrieve order cost information from your print-on-demand workflow. ShipStation can import real shipping costs onto your orders.

Provider imports currently work only for orders containing a single product, and small currency conversion approximations may appear if your shop uses a different currency than your provider.
