Switching between monthly and yearly billing

You can switch your billing period any time from the billing portal in Store settings > Billing, which takes you to Stripe to change your plan and billing period.

• Monthly to yearly: you pay the difference immediately and move onto the annual plan.
• Yearly to monthly: we issue you a credit note. Your future monthly payments draw down from that balance until it runs out. We don't refund the remaining balance in cash, it's applied to your upcoming charges.
