Deleting a store or your account

Both of these are handled by us directly rather than through a button in the app, so we can confirm it's really you and that nothing is removed by accident.

Deleting a store

Message support to delete a store. When you do, we cancel that shop's subscription and delete all of its data from our platform. This only removes the shop from Listadum: it does nothing to your actual Etsy shop, which stays exactly as it is. The Listadum data we delete is not recoverable, so be sure before you ask.

Deleting your account

Message support to delete your account. We permanently delete your account along with the stores you own on Listadum. Again, this is about Listadum only and doesn't touch your Etsy shops, and it's permanent.

If you're a team member on a shop you don't own, we won't delete that shop, we just remove your access to it. Only the stores you actually own are deleted with your account.
