Why doesn't Listadum's data exactly match what I see on Etsy?
Last updated onSmall differences between Listadum's numbers and Etsy's are normal, and they come down to two things: when we pull the data, and how views are counted.
We sync once a day
Listadum refreshes your shop's data automatically once a day, at a time that isn't midnight in Etsy's timezone. So the numbers you see in Listadum are a snapshot from our last sync, not Etsy's live running total. Etsy keeps counting after we've taken our snapshot, which is enough on its own to make the two look slightly different at any given moment. (See "How often are my listings synchronized?" and "How do I refresh my listings?")
We count views a little differently
Our view count for a listing is the change in that listing's views between yesterday's sync and today's. Etsy may define and attribute views and visits differently on their side, so the day-to-day figures won't always line up one to one.
When to look closer
A small gap is expected and nothing to worry about. If the numbers are wildly off (not just slightly), refresh your listings, double-check you're looking at the same shop and date range, and if it still seems wrong, message us with the specifics and we'll dig in.
