Why can't I see the changes I made on Etsy?

This is almost always a sync timing thing. Listadum syncs with Etsy on a regular schedule, so a change you just made on Etsy may not have been pulled in yet.

The fix is to refresh your listings manually (see "How do I refresh my listings?"). That re-pulls the latest version straight from Etsy and your change should appear.

If it still doesn't show up after a refresh, double-check that the change actually saved on Etsy's side, and that you're looking at the same listing and the same connected shop. Still off? Send us a message with the listing and we'll dig in.
