Inviting team members to manage your shop

Last updated on

Listadum lets you invite other people to help manage a shop, each with their own login and their own permissions. This is something Etsy itself doesn't offer: on Etsy, sharing access means sharing your password, which is risky. With Listadum, teammates get their own accounts and you control exactly what they can do.

How to invite someone

As the shop owner or an admin, go to Store settings > Team and send an invite by email.

  • The invited person gets an email with a link. They click it, create their own Listadum account, and the invitation is redeemed, giving them access to your shop.

  • If they already have a Listadum account, they won't get an email. They're added to the shop automatically.

Roles

There's always one owner: the account that created the store in Listadum. Everyone you invite is either an Admin or a Member.

  • Admins can do the work and also manage other team members and certain store settings like billing.

  • Members can do the work but can't manage other members.

Fine-grained control for Members

For each Member, you can toggle two permissions:

  • Can see financials. Turn this off and they won't see sales and revenue data, or Cha-ching! profit tracking.

  • Can publish listings. Turn this off and they can only create drafts, not publish listings live to Etsy.

Removing access

You can revoke anyone's access at any time from Store settings > Team.

Available on the Growth plan and above. No limit on the number of team members.
