Reporting a bug

Found something broken? Tell us through the live chat (bottom-left of your dashboard) or by email at [email protected].

To help us reproduce and fix it quickly, include:

• which shop and which listing it happened on (a link helps),
• what the error says, word for word if you can,
• a screenshot or short video of what you saw,
• and what you were trying to do when it happened.

Please don't report bugs on the feedback board. The board at feedback.listadum.com is for feature ideas, not issues. We don't monitor it for bugs, and bug posts there get deleted, so they'd never reach us. Use chat or email for anything that's broken.
