Managing connected apps
Last updated onWhen you connect an AI agent like Claude or ChatGPT to Listadum, you approve its access to your Listadum account. The Connected apps page shows every app you've approved. You can check what's connected and remove access anytime.
Find the Connected apps page
In the dashboard, click the person icon (Account settings) at the bottom of the left sidebar.
In the tabs at the top of Account settings, click Connected apps.
You can also open the command palette with Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and pick Open Account settings, then click Connected apps.
Connected apps belong to your Listadum account, not to one shop. You'll see the same list whichever shop you're working in.
What you'll see
The page lists the AI agents and other apps you allowed to access your Listadum account. Listadum recognizes popular agents and shows their logo and name, for example:
Claude
Claude Code
ChatGPT
Codex
Cursor
Other apps show the name they used when you approved access.
Each app shows:
When you connected it, for example "Connected Nov 5, 2026."
How recently it was active. You'll see "Active in the last few days," "Active in the last month," or "Last active in" followed by a month. This is a rough guide, not an exact timestamp.
If you connected the same app more than once, for example from two computers, it shows up as one row. Click Show 2 connections (or however many you have) to see each connection with its own date. Click Hide connections to fold the list back up.
Nothing connected yet? You'll see "No apps are connected to your account yet." Click Connect an AI agent to get started.
Disconnect an app
Find the app in the list.
Click Disconnect. If the app has several connections, the button says Disconnect all.
Read the confirmation, then click Disconnect to confirm. Changed your mind? Click Cancel.
The app loses access to your Listadum account right away. You'll see a confirmation message, like "Claude disconnected."
Disconnect just one connection
Maybe you only want to cut off an old laptop and keep the others working.
Click Show connections on the app's row.
Click Disconnect next to the connection you want to remove.
Confirm with Disconnect.
Only that connection loses access. Your other connections for the same app keep working.
What happens after you disconnect
The app loses access to your Listadum account.
To use it again, you'll need to connect it and approve access again. See Listadum MCP integration for the setup steps.
API keys you created in Store settings > API are separate. Disconnecting an app doesn't delete them, so delete them there if you need to.
Disconnecting here doesn't remove Listadum from the app itself. If you want it gone from the app's list of tools too, remove the Listadum integration in that app's settings.
