Upgrading or downgrading your plan

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. We prorate the change, and your AI credit allowance jumps to the new plan's amount right away, so you're not waiting for the next billing cycle to use the bigger plan.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current paid period, so you keep what you're paying for until then. After the downgrade, the features that belonged to the higher plan become unavailable, and Listadum will prompt you to upgrade again if you try to use one.

If you were using a feature that only exists on the higher plan (for example Teams, which needs Growth), plan for that before you downgrade. The feature stops being available once the downgrade takes effect.
