How to subscribe to a plan

You can subscribe from a few places in Listadum, whichever you hit first:

• At the end of onboarding when you first create your account, we show you the plans.

• Any time in the app, the Upgrade button in the left sidebar opens the plan selection.

• When you click a feature that needs a paid plan (say, inviting a team member), we bring up the plan selection right there so you can subscribe and keep going.

On the plan selection screen you pick your plan (Starter, Growth, or Max), switch between monthly and yearly billing.

One note: Store settings > Billing is for managing an existing subscription (payment method, invoices, changing your billing period), not for subscribing in the first place. To start a plan, use one of the entry points above.

A note on credits during the free trial

During the trial (for eligible accounts only), your AI credits are capped: you get the full monthly allowance once the trial ends and your first payment goes through.

If you run out mid-trial, you have two options: end the trial early to pay now and unlock the full credit amount immediately, or buy a credit pack to top up while your trial runs out.
