How do AI credits work?

Some Listadum features use AI to do the heavy lifting for you, and those use credits. A few examples:

  • Improving an entire listing using AI

  • Generating titles, descriptions, and alt text with the AI Helper

  • Editing and retouching photos in the AI Photo Editor

  • Suggesting keywords for a listing with the Keyword Generator

  • Auto-creating Pinterest pins from your listings with Auto-Pin

  • and more.

Each of these uses a small number of credits. Manual listing work (editing titles, tags, descriptions by hand) generally doesn't use any.

Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance:

  • Starter: 1,000 credits per month

  • Growth: 5,000 credits per month

  • Max: 25,000 credits per month

Annual plans get the full year of credits upfront, plus a 20% bonus compared to paying monthly.

Plan credits reset each billing period.

Unused credits don't roll over: at the end of the period they're replaced by your fresh allowance, so it's worth using them.

If you run out before your period resets, you can buy additional credit packs. Credits from a pack don't expire, so they sit in your balance until you use them.

You can check your remaining balance and your full credit history anytime under Store settings > Billing.
