Canceling your subscription

You can cancel any time, no hoops. Go to Store settings > Billing and cancel your plan there.

A few things worth knowing:

• You keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Canceling doesn't cut you off immediately.
• After that, you won't be charged again, and your shop drops back to the Free plan. Your data and listings stay put.
• Changed your mind? You can resubscribe whenever you like.

One thing to know if you're on an older, grandfathered price: canceling gives that up. If you resubscribe later, it'll be on one of our current plans, not your old rate.

Remember that plans are per shop, so if you run multiple shops, canceling one shop's plan doesn't touch the others.

If you're canceling because something isn't working or isn't what you expected, send us a message first. We'd rather fix it than see you go.
