One of the most common requests I’ve heard from power users over the past year has been some version of the same thing: “Can I access my Listadum data programmatically?” .
Today, the answer is yes! And honestly, I can’t wait to see what you build with it.
The Listadum API is now available as an add-on for Starter and Growth plan subscribers, at $10/month per shop.
Why not just use the Etsy API?
Fair question. Etsy does have an API, but getting credentials approved is not exactly a walk in the park. And even when you do, you get raw shop data and nothing else. No completion scores, no keyword demand, no competitor insights. Listadum sits on top of all of that, and now you can tap into it programmatically too.
What can you do with it?
Right now you can read and update your listings (title, description, tags), access your order history, look up keyword data, and pull your shop configuration. Solid foundation to start building on.
Some of the use cases I find most exciting go beyond simple automation:
- Pull your listings and completion scores into Google Sheets every week to track your SEO progress over time
- Use keyword demand data to decide which listings to update next, not just how
- Monitor a competitor shop and get notified when they make changes
- Feed your shop data into your own custom dashboard, built exactly the way you want it
Because it’s a standard REST API, it plays nicely with any HTTP-capable automation tool: Make.com, n8n, custom scripts, whatever you’re already using.

A quick note on what’s not there yet
You can’t create new listings through the API just yet, and listing updates are currently limited to title, description and tags. More write capabilities are on the way. But rather than wait until everything was perfect, I wanted to get this in the hands of the people who’ve been asking for it.
Rather talk to your shop than code against it?
We also recently launched the Listadum MCP integration, which lets you connect your shop data to AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT. Ask things like “which of my listings should I fix first?” right inside your favorite AI tool, without switching tabs. Pretty fun.
Both the API and the MCP integration run on the same $10/month API Access add-on.
If you’ve been wanting to automate parts of your shop, or just connect Listadum to tools it was never meant to talk to, now’s your chance.
