Managing multiple Etsy shops from Listadum

Connecting another shop

Start by clicking on your shop name in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the shop selector:

You can then click on “Add store” to connect your new shop:

Give a name to your shop, once created, you’ll be redirected to the Integrations page of your settings. At this point, your store is not yet connected to your Etsy shop.

Note: before continuing, make sure to open etsy.com and either sign out of your current account, or ensure you are connected with the correct account linked to the shop you want to add to Listadum.

From the integrations page, click on “Configure integration”, you’ll be redirected to Etsy to grant the necessary permission for Listadum to access your shop.

Switching between shops

In the dashboard, click on your shop name in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the shop selector:

You can then select the shop you’d like to manage from the list:

Is there a limit to how many shops I can connect to Listadum?

No, there is no limit.

Do I need to be the owner to access the store in Listadum?

Not necessarily, you need to be the owner and have access to the shop on Etsy.com to connect it. Owners and admins can then invite other members to the team, team members get to access the shop using the shop selector just like the owner.

Do I need to pay to manage multiple shops?
