Getting started with Listadum

Open the Get started page to create your account. After reading and accepting the Terms and conditions for the service, you’ll be asked to Sign in with your Etsy account.
Clicking Sign in with Etsy with redirect you to etsy.com where you’ll be informed of the permissions Listadum is requesting when accessing your account.

Note: if you have multiple Etsy shops or multiple accounts on Etsy, first make sure you are connecting to the correct account by verifying the email presented by Etsy is the correct one.
You’ll be redirected to Listadum after granting access to your account.
First time synchronization
When you first connect your shop to Listadum, Listadum needs to import a lot of data related to your shop, listings and sales. This process can take anywhere between a few seconds and 30 minutes depending on the size of your shop (number of listings, age of the shop, number of orders received, etc.).

During this first import, the dashboard will show you the progress being made, and you’ll be notified by email once the process is complete.

Is it safe to connect my shop to Listadum?
Yes, Listadum uses Etsy official API to connect to your store without ever knowing the password. Listadum only get access to a limited set of permission that you get to review when you first sign up. Some permissions only allow Listadum to “view” certain information (eg: view orders) while some other permissions also allow Listadum to modify certain things (eg: edit listings) when editing them via the listing manager within the Listadum application.
Is it required to connect my Etsy account to use Listadum?
Yes, Listadum needs access to your Etsy shop to perform it’s magic. For instance, Listadum being primarily a listing manager, it needs to be able to read and write listings.
Can I disconnect Listadum from my shop?
Yes, Etsy authentication system let you revoke the permissions an application like Listadum was granted. You can revoke Listadum access to your store at any time from this page on Etsy’s website. Doing so will block Listadum from accessing your shop data, so note that your listings will not be synchronized, and that you will not be able to use Listadum tools for your shop anymore.
